What's included in each plan?

Every plan includes one dedicated, pre-vetted virtual assistant who has been screened, background-checked, and trained for your type of work — plus onboarding, ongoing quality reviews, and a replacement guarantee. Full-Time and Custom plans also include a dedicated account manager.

Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?

No. The monthly fee is what you pay — there are no upfront recruitment fees and no hidden costs. The only exception is if a task requires specialized paid software or certifications your VA doesn't already have, in which case you'd cover that directly.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Our plans are flexible with no long-term commitment. You can scale up, scale down, or pause based on your business needs.

What if I need more hours than my plan includes?

Accepted Answer

You can add hours or move up a tier at any time. For fluctuating workloads or larger needs, the Custom / Teams plan lets us tailor hours and scheduling to match.

How do I pay?

Invoices are sent electronically and can be paid by bank transfer, card, or PayPal. Billing is monthly, in US dollars (USD).

What currency is your pricing in?

All prices on this page are in US dollars (USD). International clients — including those in Australia and the UK — are billed in USD, and your bank or card provider converts to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate. If you'd like an estimate in your local currency before you start, just ask and we'll walk you through it.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Because there's no long-term contract, you can change tiers or cancel with simple notice. We'll always work with you to right-size the support.

What if my virtual assistant isn't the right fit?

Every plan comes with a replacement guarantee. If your VA isn't the right match, we'll work with you to find a replacement at no extra cost as part of our ongoing quality process.
